Gate Valves

MSP/DRILEX offers a full range of gate valves, satisfying API standards and ANSI standards. On request, they can be equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic actuators and any required instrumentation. MSP/DRILEX gate valves meet the needs of petroleum and process industries for high pressure/capacity and inclement services. MSP/DRILEX manufactures a full range of chokes, with a wide range of trim and body material satisfying API6A 19th ED and NACE, are offered for drilling and production applications both subsea and surface.

MD-U Gate Valve

The MD-U valve is a slab gate with metal to metal seals. It is made from a closed die forging. It can be offered in all temperature, pressure and material classes as well as customer desired PR and PSL level. This kind of valve has been qualified by Third party testing to PR2 performance level.

MD-UE Gate Valve

The MD-UE valve is utilized in lower pressure, mildly corrosive environments. It is a classical design for slab gate valve, which has a slab gate and elastomer seals. The valve design is based on PR1 standard.

MD-W Gate Valve

The MSP Drilex MD-W valve is utilized in high pressure large bore applications. It has a slab gate with metal to metal seals. Hydraulic or Ball Screw operation can be supplied.

MD-M Gate Valve

The MD-M valve is utilized in lower pressure, mildly-corrosive environments where a positive seal is desired. It has an expanding gate. The valve design is based on PR1 standard.

Ball Valve

MSP/DRILEX ball valves are manufactured from quality forged steel of AISI 4130 alloy steel standard. The valves have a compact valve body for maximum strength and minimum weight. The diameter of valve bore closely match the pipe bore to reduce turbulence. Self-lubricated, low friction PTFE is used for stem seals and body seats.

Cage Choke Valve

MSP/DRILEX Cage choke valve utilizes the structure of holed cage for changing fluid direction, reducing corrosion and noise, avoiding damage to inside parts. The cage choke valve has two series:

PC (Piston plus hold Cage) and SC (external Sleeve plus holed Cage).

PC choke valves, incorporating piston to throttle flow inside the cage, are offered for high capacity and medium pressure drop applications.

Check Valve

MSP/DRILEX provides to oil and gas industry high quality check valves that can satisfy the most difficult applications.

DH Choke Valve

MSP/DRILEX DH Choke valve utilizes a pair of adjacent discs made of special tungsten carbide, who are diamond lapped and each has two holes. Rotation of one disc relative to the other disc will alter the flow capacity of the choke. A long service life is realized because the throttling discs moves very little to throttle flow.

This choke is designed for drilling mud circulating, surface high pressure injection, and / or manifolds. The distinct feature lies in that two discs will be held together by pressure differences between inlet and outlet. Especially with high pressure surge or lowest pressure due to leakage, the pre-settled pressure sensors will automatically shut down the valve to avoid accidents. Another feature of this choke lies in its extended service life, high performance against high capacity and wear.

Mud Valve

MSP/DRILEX mud valves are specially designed for heavy duty performance in abrasive service conditions.

Positive Choke Valve

MSP/DRILEX positive choke valves are widely used in oil and gas production. It has a large knock cap for easy bean change and maintenance.

ZN Choke Valve

The ZN Choke valve contains a recessed bean/seat to reduce damages from high capacity and an externally threaded bonnet cap to ease maintenance and incorporate pressure gauges. It is used for full application of wellheads, manifolds, well testing and etc.
